Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, who was also a stand-up comedian and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is of Italian descent. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement about foster care at the age of seven. Cook started working as model for children's prints at the age of age 10, and was in the national ads for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
